Say goodbye to swollen legs, poor circulation: Consume this every day

Dr. John R. Christopher, a famous American herbalist, and well-known author, indicates that you should consume 2 liters of parsley tea on a daily basis for best results in the treatment of poor circulation and swollen feet.

Preparation:

Place about ¼ cup of parsley in a bowl. Then pour the boiled water. Leave to stand for 5-7 minutes, and strain. Finally, you can add the ginger, lemon and honey.

For maximum results, you should consume tea while warm.
