Fungus on the feet and the nails are generally due to moisture or mold, and often are painful and unpleasant.
White or yellow spots on the top of the nail is usually the first step to nail infection with fungus. With the time they may change shape and color, and the nail can begin to crack and which can be very uncomfortable. Without treatment, the fungus cannot be solved, and what you probably did not know is that soda is one of the local effective medicines for fungus.
A mixture of soda and vinegar is good precisely because soda is not a fungicide, which means it will not kill the fungus, but it will prevent their expansion and growth, while vinegar is used to kill the fungus.
– 4 to 5 tablespoons baking soda
– 1 cup of white or apple cider vinegar
– a container for soaking the feet
– paper towel
Mix one cup of vinegar in the water that you previously poured in a container for soaking feet. Soak the feet for about 15 minutes, then dry with paper towels. Repeat it again, but this time, add 4 to 5 tablespoons of baking soda.
Repeat several times a day, twice without and with baking soda. The idea of this procedure is that vinegar will first destroy the fungus, and soda will prevent their further growth and expansion.
