Part of the immune system is the lymphatic system. It consists of nodes, lymph organs, channels and may of course include the bone marrow and tonsil. Lymph is a fluid consisting of protein, fat and white blood cells. Together with the blood system it removes waste products, such as dead cells, toxins, and excess fluid and the cancer cells.
A few tips to help you maintain your lymph nodes healthy, are:
– Avoid fizzy drinks
– Make linings with castor oil
– Eat seeds and nuts (such as almonds, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, flax seeds, sunflower)
– Drink more water (drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water during the day, or even drink more)
– Drink herbal tea (tea of Astragalus, wild indigo root, ehinnaceu, cleavers ..)
– Regular exercise
– Breathe deeply
