Eat foods that are filled with Calcium and Nutrients
They can be found in dairy products, which are also rich in phosphorus, minerals, magnesium, vitamins D3 and K2 and beneficial for your overall dental health. They can be found in, for example, cheese, butter, and milk especially goat milk. Spices like turmeric and garlic also do a great job at fighting cavities.
Don’t eat sugars
You can only encourage the dangerous bacteria in your mouth to further spread on. So, no candy, sodas or energy drinks whatsoever.

- One tbsp of sunflower, coconut or sesame oil
